RE: Problem connecting to embedded JMS via JmsAdminServerIfc

What exception do you get in the client?
Also note that EmbeddedJmsServer is deprecated in 0.7.7.
You should use:
	JmsServer server = new JmsServer("<path-to-openjms.xml>");
      server.init();
