javax.jms.JMSException when obtaining JmsAdminServerIfc object

Hi all,

I keep getting the following exception when trying
to get a JmsAdminServerIfc object:

javax.jms.JMSException: Empty packet was returned

I am using the following code:

String url = "tcp://localhost:1099/";
JmsAdminServerIfc admin =
AdminConnectionFactory.create(url);

I am using openjms-0.7.6.1, running under Solaris 9
w/ java 1.4.2
