RE: javax.jms.JMSException when obtaining JmsAdminServerIfc object

Port 1099 is usually the port used by the RMI connector.
For TCP, the default admin URL is: "tcp://localhost:3030/"
For RMI, then the default admin URL is: "rmi://localhost:1099/"
