Hmm - that’s the sort of behaviour I would have expected from 0.7.6.x, which tried to open a socket back to the client. This fails if the client is behind a firewall. In 0.7.7, onMessage() is implemented via polling, so it should work. Note that if you are using topics, the subscribers will only see messages published from the time it is created. Is the system clock of the client advanced with respect to the server? -Tim > -----Original Message----- > From: openjms-user-admin-5NWGOfrQmneRv+LV9MX5uipxlwaOVQ5f@public.gmane.org > [mailto:openjms-user-admin-5NWGOfrQmneRv+LV9MX5uipxlwaOVQ5f@public.gmane.org] On Behalf Of ?? > Sent: Tuesday, 13 December 2005 1:18 PM > To: openjms-user > Subject: [openjms-user] onMessage() method only works localy > > hi,all > i have some problem in using openjms 0.7.7-alpha-1 and > its http tunnel > > i am running the client and server like this > > client <-> router/firewall <-> internet<-> > Server(tomcat and openjms server) > > In client,i can send message and receive message using > recieve() method successfully. > > but if i use onMessage() to recieve the message ,it > never awakes though i have send > > messages. > > Any advice would be much appreciated! > > > 杜娟 > dujuan-Lg/[email protected] > 2005-12-13 > NH祳膊u害妦畓叮繼瓰z秡j姠鄙簽{> ,H4秈雹 > ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc.
