Looks like a destination with an invalid name has been configured.
 
You will need to manually remove it from the 'destinations' table
in the database.
 
Note sure what database you are using, but if its Derby, you  can use the
'ij' utility to query the database, 
This is not included in the openjms distribution, so you will need to
download it from 
http://db.apache.org/derby/releases/release-10.0.2.1.html
