RE: port 39864

When using the RMI connector, the client exports objects on anonymous 
ports so the server can make connections to it.
See java.rmi.server.UnicastRemoteObject.exportObject() for more details.

In 0.7.6 and earlier, the server also exported objects on anonymous ports.
In 0.7.7 I believe the server only exports on the configured port.
