Thank you for your help.
It's working now.  Yeah, the firewall block the the port.
But it's so slow to connect from window to unix.  It takes about 80 seconds
to connect.  Once it's connected, the message will be sent quickly?  Any
suggestion for this?
If everything in the unix box, it connects right away.
