Thank you for your reply.  
Yes, I'm using the real IP address for the url (such
as tpc://999.999.999.999:3035).  On the server, I also
have Tomcat, mySQL, ... which I can connect quickly
from my local winXP.
In openJMS, is there any difference of using between
3035 and 1099 port?
