At the beginning, I was also not able to start OpenJMS. The reason? I have
forgotten this section:

<TcpsConfiguration port="3035"
    keyStore="C:\OpenJMS\openjms-0.7.7-beta-1\config\openjms.keystore"
    keyStorePassword="openjms"
    needClientAuth="false"/>

Did you have this section in your openjms.xml?
Did you generate the server certificate?
