Simple JMS Port Request

I am new to JMS and am looking to use OpenJMS as demonstration platform for
a messaging interface. I have an application that is sending messages to a
TCP/IP port and I want to take those messages onto a queue for delayed
processing. I do not want the sending application to know (or require to
know) about the queue or any additional processing.

I am assuming that I can set up a listener (MessageListener) to accept
messages from a port and populate them onto a specific queue. This seems
straight forward, but I have not seen any examples that do this. Can anyone
point me to such an example?

I am just looking for a very simple example that accepts from a port and
populates a queue. The message payload I will be using is XML, but even that
is not important at this stage.
