OpenJMS 0.7.4 Subscribes silently dies.

Hi,
I am using OpenJMS 0.7.4 and have the following problem...
If I keep OpenJMS running continously for two days, with two topics and one publisher and one subscriber on each topic...one of the two subsriber just silently dies. The publisher contionus to publish but since the client has died on one of the topic..nothing reaches the other end.
Is this a known issue with 0.7.4?
I have upgraded to 0.7.6 now do you think that will help?
Also, is there a way I can see which publishers/subsribers are are up and which one are down.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
