SDataSet.createWithNullKey added

Hello Franck,

So you can now generate the key when reattached.  Have a look at the test case.

I have not integrated it with generators yet, but the key idea of 
allowing temporary null keys is there.  References to null keyed 
objects not done, but an obscure case.

Do you need the deprecated single record attaches?  I'd like to 
simply delete them.

I think that that is everything that you needed.
