INSERT IDENTITY now supported

After a bit of stuffing about I have added the INSERT IDENTITY functionality for HSQLDB.  Have also cleaned it up a bit.  It is tested by GeneratorTest.  

To support MySQL (or anything else) have a look at SDriverHSqlH2, the "Insert" methods contain the SQL.

Let me know how you go.
