PS. Connections, A0TrivialExample

Also added option to pass a connection directly to open -- had been requested.  I have not removed getDataSource() if a datasource was used, but unclear whether it is useful.

Have also added A0TrivialExample.java a small, one file SimpleORM example.  TestUte was a bit scary.  Used as basis for Departments.jsp.
