Released Version 3.11

I have released version 3.11.

It contains a number of important enhancements from the preveiously released 3.3.  These include much better support for queries and joins, and making SRecordInstance implement Map, and thus be much more compatible with JSP etc.

I have commented out all the Savepoint code.  We will reconsider that for a future version.
