Support for JavaDB

Hello All,

I have added support for JavaDB -- long overdue.

The Insert Identity code now works.

One outstanding issue is how to convert BYTES to JavaDB.  Advice by someone more familiar with it would be good.

(I suspect that Daffodil / One$db is a better Java database.  But Derby has the IBM/Sun stamp.  Certainly both should be good for real applications, for which HSQL is a bit scary.  H2 is also not to be ignored.  I would love to see a good comparison of the Java databases.  I suspect that Sun did not make one when they chose Derby.)
