SFieldBlob convenience constructors

 Hi

For convenience and symmetry with the other types, SFieldBlob needs constructors that look like:

    public SFieldBlob(SRecordMeta meta, String columnName, int maxSize)

    public SFieldBlob(SRecordMeta meta, String columnName)
