Adding userProperties to SRecordInstance

Hi,

I just added userProperties in SRecordInstance, in addition to the one
available at the SRecordMeta and SFieldMeta level.

The userProperties map is lazily created, only if used, so it really
should have no impact on performance.

The purpose is to allow transportation of user informations between the
layers of the application directly on the records.

This is a very generic mechanism, so I hope this will be useful to
others.
