Hi Anthony,

no, I never had any single incident in production with Postgresql=20
(approx. 20 real production servers + internal databases).
The only point is to have a well tuned routine vacuum task (see=20
http://www.postgresql.org/docs/9.2/static/routine-vacuuming.html).
