Is there a subversion URL for SimpleORM so I can see the commit logs, and g=
et the latest version? Or will I need to download the zip file and do a ne=
w vendor branch import?
Should we be moving this whole operation over to github or something like t=
hat, to increase visibility and/or support? I=92m not a big fan of git or =
github per se, but nowadays if an open source project has a static web page=
like http://www.simpleorm.org, one has to fill out a form to download the =
sources, and one can=92t see the number of downloads and commit history, pe=
ople might not want to download it. I think an updated source code distrib=
ution system might serve to attract new users (and I think a bigger communi=
ty would be a good thing.)
I=92m doing a new software project starting with a database design (in pgmo=
deler), which generates XML and populates the database tables in PostgreSQL=
. Then I used the SimpleOrmGenerator in /extras/SimpleORMGenerate/src to b=
uild the files to link to the database. I see my version of the generator =
does not generate SFieldReference objects. I know the generator hasn=92t b=
een kept up-to-date, but I think my version might be very old. It looks li=
ke my last vendor import was 3.11 from October 09. Has the generator sinc=
e updated for version 3.0?
