I've tried a latest version of WinCVS and I cannot connect too.
But if I've changed cvs host address to cvs.sourceforge.net instead of 
cvs.ozone.sourceforge.net a connection works. (Per, please check cvs address)

You should use a following command (put it into command line window):
cvs -d :pserver:[email protected]:/cvsroot/ozone -z3 checkout ozone
