Some tools are described in the user manual.
lcp is an internal command to extend the classpath.
odg is an Ozone Descriptor Generator i.e. a tool to generate ocd files
ozoneTest is to run junit tests for Ozone
ozoneStats shows some statistics about storage such as nuber of clusters, 
transactions etc.

ocd is an Ozone Class Descriptor i.e. a XML file that describes meta data 
about the Ozone Object such as update methods and security properties. A 
simpler more direct approach is to mark update methods directly e.g. adding 
an @update tag or // update comment to the method but ocd files gives more 
flexibility.

AFAIK the binary contain user guide, developer guide, admin guide and howtos. 
This is what we have today as formal documentation. Other than this there is 
Javadoc, source code and mail list archive. Using this you should be able to 
find answers to your questions. If you find anything lacking in the 
documentation please send in a patch to fix/compliment it.
