As far as I know there is no parameters called tsx in ozoneAdmin. There is a 
parameter txs which tells you how many transactions are running at the 
moment.

It ouputs more information when you perform administrative tasks.

Yes but you need to specify different databases and listening ports for the

You did not change the listening port (edit config.properties in the database

As an exmple: To change the port for the server edit config.properties and 
change the line
ozoneDB.port=3333
to
ozoneDB.port=3334

restart the server and then it is listening on the new port instead.
