The BLOB sample show how to store and retrieve binary content

I do not userstand your question but if you are asking how you can reference 
an image stored as a BLOB in Ozone using the <img> tag in html you would have 
to recreate the image as a file and reference the file relative to your 
application root. Alternatively you write a custom tag, filter, create a 
servlet or hack the web server (whatever suites your needs) that handles the 
transformation from Ozone BLOB to the expected byte array stream in the HTTP 
Response based on client requests. 

If this is not at all what you were asking try again and include some examples 
to make it clear what you mean.
