I have the feeling that the samples are a bit too simple and do not address
real life use of Ozone. Therefore I wonder if it would not be a good idea to
create a more comprehensive Ozone based sample. Ideally it should be
something well known to allow for comparison and also it would minimize the
time coming up with requirements and specifying functionality. I think that
Petstore meets those criteria but I'm certanly open for other suggestions.
Petstore would be implemented with Ozone running embedded in JBoss,
essentially replacing EJB's and relations databases with Ozone Objects.

Comparing a full-blown EJB based J2EE application you have 5 tiers:
client - presentation - business logic - integration - data

Using Ozone as the back end instead of EJB and Relational DB the last three
become 1 resulting in three tiers i.e.
client - presentation - persistent business logic

What do you think? Would it help getting started wioth Ozone if there was a
more comprehensive example such as PetStore too look at?

Best regards,
Per
