Problem with missing .cl files.

Dear Users Group,
 
I have an ozone database that needs to run "24/7".  Occasionaly, after
days or weeks the database becomes unusable and ozone reports errors
about missing .cl files.  Does anyone know what can cause cluster files
to get "lost"?
