I do not know about ObjectToXML() or toXML(). I do not recognize them as being 
part of the OzoneXML DOM api. 

However there is a toXML() in the Object2XML class which is used by the backup 
(e.g. see the BackupRestore class).

You can transform an object to XML using Object2XML, the serialization 
mechanism in JDK 1.5, Castor etc...

The sample i talked about (ozoneApps/SimpleCMS) shows how to save an XML file 
to Ozone and also how to display the content on the web. I do not see any 
relationship with your requirement and a SOA type webservice and your 
requirement is still unclear to me but hopefully this gives you enough 
information to be able to proceed.
