Licence issues

Hi there.

I looked at the ozone project about 1-2 years ago and - because of 
internal preferences - used hibernate as persistence layer for the 
application. Since then I'm subscribed to this list and follow the 
development more or less closely..
For a new project I'd like to have a look at ozone again, but - it's 
GPL? Can anyone affirm that I won't be allowed to use ozone for a 
commercial (read: closed source) project anyway?
