The error means ozoneAnt cannot find the ant.jar in %OZONE_HOME%\lib, not sure why and I do not have a windows machine to test on until this week-end. What if you: set OZONE_HOME=E:\jdk1.4\bin\ozone-1.2 set PATH=%OZONE_HOME%\bin;%PATH% E:\jdk1.4\bin\ozone-1.2\samples\simple>ozoneAnt Do you get the same result?
