User and Password-Questions

Hello Ozone-users,  
  
I read everything on the Ozone-website about the system and there came 
some questions to me. I'm interested in the current stable version 1.2 
and hope to find some answers here.  
 
1.) I may start the Server as a User and I may start a connection as a 
User. Does it mean, the Client-User has at most the Access-rights of the 
User, who started the server? 
 
2.) Is it true, that no User means Admin-rights? 
 
3.) Is it true, that every Password matches and the correct one isn't 
needed?
