Hi Thomas,

If your have submitted a patch to sourceforge or sent the code to the mailing 
list it is public, published code regardless if it has yet made it into cvs 
or not. You have fullfilled the obligation to make public and free any 
changes to the core stated by the GPL. Provided your changes does not change 
the fact that all access to the server goes through the LGPL'l API access 
layer nothing is changed in terms for free use of the system as a library 
according to the LGPL IMO.
