How do you get a Java applet to use ozone

I just converted a Java Appilcation to an Applet and now I get the error:
java.io.InvalidClassException: team2.databaseObjects.HostImpl_Proxy; 
unable to create instance
But the databaseObjects are in the Jar that contains the app and i am 
still testing on the machine that has
the classpath including them. Futher if you run any of the Appilcations on 
a manchine without ozone installed
you get the same error, what do I need to do to fix this, I could not find 
anything in the doc's about running
ozone programs on machines with out ozone installed
