KeyGenerator problem

When I started up today, ozone server is failing in the KeyGenerator.

I don't know why this happened, but it is preventing me from accessing my
database.

Is there a way to fix the database?

It wouldn't be the end of the world if I have to initialize the database
(this time), but it would be nice to repair it.  This is using the 1.2
release version.
