First of all, there is less than 24 hours between your mail and an
almost identical previous mail. A lot of people I know would consider
this to be very rude and put you on their permanent black-list.

Second, you say you want to use 2 new frameworks and you do not know how or what. I 
have seen projects fail that had only 1 new framework and no sense of direction...

Third, it is literally impossible to give a good answer to your questions; they are
overly broad and too vague. The only advice I can give you:
1a) write decent user requirements
1b) write acceptance tests
2) write decent system requirements based on 1)
3) write a decent design based on 2)
4) write a prototype (that partially passes 1b)) to test 3)
5) write app
