The environment variables that you must set are:
set path=%path%;e:\ozone-1.2\bin
set ozone_home=e:\ozone-1.2

Then, try to replace ..\bin\ozoneinst.bat with one that I've 
attached.

Roughly, the ozone is a persistent objects tree. Thus you must work 
with it as same way as with a java program. You may use native java 
collections or ozone aware ones.
Currently any kind of query language is not supported.
