mails not received

I sent a mail about compilation error 4 to 5 times on 20th and 21st of
sept'04.I am a member of ozone-users  still neither I received the query
mail nor the reply. On visiting the ozone-archives sectiop, I saw my mail
there which was answered also. It will be very difficult for me to keep
the communication from other users as I am involved in using ozone for my
project.pl tell me why am I not getting mail from ozone-users ?
