Well - for the moment you can always put the fix in nanocontainer tree
and we can make a new release.

There is no problem in maintaining two codebases until the migration to S2 is complete.

I've been meaning to get out a release of pico/nano that uses maven 2 for a while,
just never got around to doing it.
