[picocontainer-dev] Container chain changes propsal

Hi all,

I just discovered that container chain filter in
nanovar is kind of suboptimal. 

I some container fails starting ( as result of some
condition check, for example ), then forward is
issued.

But container chains are not added to container
hierarchy  - thus it is impossible to just redirect
somebody one directory up, because those valid
containers are not available. 

I think it would be better, to add those containers to
hierarchy  in any case.
