Hi Jörg,

I went to a demo of ASM at JavaOne on Friday. It was really cool. I  
was so pumped I thought I rework the HotSwappingCA.  Guilherme was  
there too and he was so pumped he rewrote paranamer to use it more too.

Maybe we could look at pushing the same changes into PT.  Lets  
discuss the pros/cons.

I did not like the way the old one worked - circ ref test cases and a  
component (as opposed to CA) that had an extra hotswap(..) method was  
not cool IMO.

Thoughts?
