[picocontainer-dev] current build of pico container

Hi all, 

I just discovered that current pico container build is
kind of suboptimal ( and does not work for
me on mvn 2.0.4 ). I'm speaking about trunk.


1. Source compatibility is set in parent to 1.3,
yet gems uses features from 1.5 (
class.getCanonicalName() )  -> miserable failure

2. plugins propagated down the tree shall be defined
in the <pluginManagement>

3. mvn eclipse:eclipse produces junk  ( I suppose
bacause of defining dependencies to silbings in
dependencymanagement, but I'm not sure ) 

If nobody objects, I'm going to fix it right now.
