Let's get it up a running.

CruiseControl does not allow a good remote management.  It does a pretty good job if you have 
complete control of the CI machine - which we don't have.

Bamboo has been designed to support remote management.

I vote for Bamboo unless we have someone ready to volunteer a machine to run CC on.
