That said, if we could consider my earlier idea of a ComponentAdapter with Factories, than ComponentAdapter might be better served as a "ComponentFactory" instead. (Unfortunately, the whole 'adapter' name, while technically correct doesn't give newbies a clue as to what it is used for). [Sorry I haven't had time to go over the code nor implement my own ideas -- I've been on the road and given about 4 1/2 hrs per day to implement a full day's worth of work.
