[picocontainer-dev] Pico2: Changing MPC to PC, and dropping old PC for an immutable version of former MPC

I've been at it for a week or so and I've nearly completed it. It  
leaves a sour taste in my mouth, after much sweat.

Wrapping an MPC in a PicoContainer-only proxy was a way of signally  
the constructor of DftPicoContainer that this was the parent container.

Now both its going the parent wrapper is going to be a old MPC too.   
( instanceof PicoContainer && ! (instanceof ImmutablePicoContainer) )  
feels wrong. That last with the new names.

I'm think the current ways is best.  Meaning I revert my change and  
go with the old idea of - MPC renamed to PC and PC renamed to  
SomethingElse.

If yes, what should that something else be called ?

And, sorry for eternally coming back to this!
