This is even less cool ;)  First pico has to 
determine whoch annotations to take, and compile time
binding is uncool anyway - it hat to be overriden 
at runtime and thus useless. 

Decision how to wire components is out of scope of
domain model.

Wiring components together is configuration of
application.
