[picocontainer-dev] 2.0 version release and license

What kind of license is the picocontainer license?

It seems to be a "custom" open source license. I was wondering if by
adopting a more standard license for the release of 2.0 it wouldn't ease
its adoption in commercial products? A 'custom' license might be more
difficult to handle for lawyers in large projects with lots of other OS
components.
