We could have generic "referenve behaviour" /
"referenced" / reference which is backed by object
reference ("object reference is a tool to store 
things in awkward places")  - thus it becomes really
easy to depend on such objects.

Like:  grab hibernate session factory / mail service /
transaction service etc. 


JMX support is just fine.
