( and somehow it's not tandem charge anymore - but
3-stage ICBM ;) ) 

Basic idea is to split parameter handling in 3 parts:
Lookup ( produces collection of adapter, by key, by
class, or use names etc. ) 
Extraction ( scalar, constant, collection ) 
and 
Conversion ( though also kind of extraction to be
applied on by-key resolution strategy ) 

Everything can be even hidden behind slightly
simplified  Parameter interface.
