Done - all Pico/Nano 2.x unit tests have now been converted to JUnit 4/ 
JMock 2, with the exception of sandbox components, which in truth have 
not even been converted to Maven 2 :-)

IMO, they could be nuked - they were experimental stuff that's never 
been released for 1.x.
