[picocontainer-dev] AbstractI18NLoggingComponentMonitor

Hi guys,

How would you guys feel about setting up a resource bundle for the
ComponentMonitor and internationalizing the i18n messages?

It isn't too tough for me to do. (At least an English "base message"), and it
would give us the fairly unique feature of having ComponentMonitor messages
being logged in native languages.

Just a rough thought... I can provide the base class, and en_US message bundles.
Perhaps we'd just leave the other translations up to people as things roll
along?
