[picocontainer-dev] PicoContainer 2.2 released

on towards 2.3 :-)

I was wondering if two things might be good for the next period :

   1) getGreediestSatisfiableConstructor - if more than one ctor, and  
assuming it does not settle for the first one it finds, it might be  
good for it to remember some of the parameters it could satisfy.

   2) same class, line 169 -> T inst = newInstance(constructor,  
parameters);
        as an option, it would be great to use ASM to make an  
instantiator for that component and cache it somehow.

though it perhaps needs a rename.
